Students wishing to make early plans for summer 2017 are welcome to apply early. Early applications are due by November 10, 2016 for Summer 2017 admission. Applicants will receive a response by December 16, 2016 regarding admission.
Admission to the program is competitive. An application, with resume and brief statement, is required. (See application link below.)
The final application deadline is Friday, March 3, 2017 for 2017 admission. Applicants will be notified by the end of March of the admission decision.
Several criteria will be considered in the application process: your application essay, grade point average, class standing, resume, etc. There are seats available for the Summer 2017 cohort and you are encouraged to apply.
The cost of the finance minor depends on the number of courses you need to take for the minor and will be affected by your major degree or other minors you are completing. Generally, the summer cost of the program is based on Arizona Resident tuition for all students, whether you are an Arizona Resident or an out-of-state resident. Students generally take 12 to 15 units during the summer to complete the minor requirements.
