Application Package Requirements

To expedite the processing of your application follow these instructions carefully. All information must be received for an application to be considered complete.

No work experience is required.

Note: You must apply to both the Finance Department and The UA Graduate College as described below.

Requirements

• GMAT
• Minimum GPA: 3.00
• 2 application packets with materials as detailed below
• Please, no folders or dividers.

Submitted to the Graduate College

Submitted to the Finance Department

• Copy of Application (if downloading application only)
• Affidavit of Domicile (Arizona residents complete with application)
• Proof of Financial Resources (international students--in sealed envelop)
• Resume
• Statement of Intent
• 2 Letters of Reference (in sealed envelop; no separate form required)
• 2 sets of Official Transcripts from all colleges/universities, except UA
• GMAT (School Code 4832; Program Code 5ZT-9Z-04)
