Application Package Requirements

To expedite the processing of your application follow these instructions carefully. All information must be received for an application to be considered complete.

Note: You must apply to both the Finance Department and The UA Graduate College as described below.

Requirements

You must meet the minimum entrance requirements to apply for the Ph.D.-Finance program.

• Minimum GMAT: 650 (must be current)
• Minimum GPA: 3.50
• International students currently studying in the U.S. must provide proof of passing the Test of Spoken English (TSE) prior to enrollment
• Department application packet with materials as detailed below
• Please, no folders or dividers

Submitted to the UA Graduate College

• Apply Online or Download Application (original)
• Application Fee (paid with application)

Submitted to the Finance Department

• Copy of Application (if downloading application only)
• Affidavit of Domicile (Arizona residents complete with application)
• Proof of Financial Resources (international students--in sealed envelop)
• Resume
• Statement of Intent
• 3 Letters of Reference (in sealed envelop; no separate form required)
• Official Transcripts from all colleges/universities, except UA
• GMAT (School Code 4832; Program Code 5ZT-9Z74)
